Moving from out of state to TN we had no idea who to use as our appraiser. We took a chance and used Thaxton Brown and we could not be more pleased. Debbie is so amazing and helpful. She explained what to expect during this process. Once completed we had some questions and Thaxton took the time to answer every question we had and didn't rush us. He wanted to be sure all of our questions were answered completely. Highly recommend this amazing team.
